Saga is built on a heartfelt foundation of honoring everyone at every chapter of life. Transitioning to a new lifestyle is always a personal journey, and it was through the inspiring life and story of Jack Coulter that his son and our founder, Chris, was driven to build a network of support that values individual stories above all else.
Jack and Chris shared a lifelong connection, both as father and son, as well as close partners in real estate development. Jack’s journey with dementia left a profound impact on Chris, exemplifying the importance of seeing every person, embracing their strengths, and honoring their lifestyle. These experiences, and Jack’s ever-present legacy, laid the groundwork for what would become Saga: a place where everyone can find reliance, adventure, quality care, and meaningful relationships at every stage of their lives.

Owner
Chris is our founder, owner, and visionary. With over 15 years of experience in real estate development and asset management across the American West, Chris brings a builder’s mindset and a son’s heart to his work. What began as a personal tribute has grown into a movement that sets a new standard in senior living, characterized by empathy, excellence, and human connection.
Jeff Fischer
Chief Executive Officer
As our CEO, Jeff brings abundant experience, knowledge, and dedication to every aspect of Saga Senior Living. His qualifications are extensive, having contributed to creating and uplifting senior living communities for over 28 years. His commitment to building our brand through grassroots advocacy and extensive hours of community engagement positions Saga Senior Living as a true leader in compassionate, high-quality senior care.

VP of Operation Support

With over 27 years of experience in senior living leadership, Rhonda keeps Saga focused on continually improving the quality of every aspect of our services. Her career has spanned operations, dementia care, and leadership development, giving her a unique ability to translate data into thoughtful action that benefits each of our residents across all levels of care.

Leah is our VP of Administration and makes sure that we can continue to provide you and your loved ones the best service possible. Overseeing accounting, financial analysis, cash flow management, and operational strategy, Leah’s expertise is essential to our team. With over a decade of experience in accounting leadership, compliance, and team development throughout California, she tackles complex financial challenges with ease.
