With over 15 years of experience in real estate development and asset management across the American West, Chris brings a builder’s mindset and a son’s heart to his work. What began as a personal tribute has grown into a movement that sets a new standard in senior living, characterized by empathy, excellence, and human connection.
As our CEO, Jeff brings abundant experience, knowledge, and dedication to every aspect of Saga Senior Living. His qualifications are extensive, having contributed to creating and uplifting senior living communities for over 28 years. His commitment to building our brand through grassroots advocacy and extensive hours of community engagement positions Saga Senior Living as a true leader in compassionate, high-quality senior care.

With over 27 years of experience in senior living leadership, Rhonda keeps Saga focused on continually improving the quality of every aspect of our services. Her career has spanned operations, dementia care, and leadership development, giving her a unique ability to translate data into thoughtful action that benefits each of our residents across all levels of care.
Leah is our VP of Administration and makes sure that we can continue to provide you and your loved ones the best service possible. Overseeing accounting, financial analysis, cash flow management, and operational strategy, Leah’s expertise is essential to our team. With over a decade of experience in accounting leadership, compliance, and team development throughout California, she tackles complex financial challenges with ease.

As VP of Marketing, Constance Sablan brings nearly 30 years of experience creating strategies that help people feel informed, confident, and welcomed. She partners closely with Saga’s community sales teams to guide families through the entire journey—from first questions to move-in—while ensuring a thoughtful, high-touch experience at every step. With a background spanning agency leadership and in-house roles, Constance focuses on clear communication, genuine connection, and telling stories that reflect the warmth and trust families experience in Saga communities.
